If the reservation is canceled for any reason within 90 days or less of arrival the reservation deposit will be forfeited, otherwise, it will be credited to your rent. Balance of rent is due at least 60 days prior to your arrival. Payment can be made by personal check, money order, cashiers check, Visa or Mastercard.
