This spacious studio also has a private tropical garden for relaxing or entertaining. Queen size murphy bed and roll away will sleep 2-3 people very comfortably. Complex offers a seaside pool, access to shoreline and a large very clean launderette.

***All reservations require a $200 reservation deposit. If the reservation is canceled for any reason within 90 days or less of arrival the reservation deposit will be forfeited, otherwise, it will be credited to your rent. Balance of rent is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival. Payment can be made by personal check, money order, cashiers check, Visa or Mastercard.
